LOST

I realised I never blog about my favourite TV survival drama: LOST. So after writing about Boone I write this blog about LOST. I dunno LOST will be a great drama. I watch it at first because there were plenty of LOST advertisment at AXN with the tagline something like 'Best New Show on TV'.

In US, LOST has ended season 1 but in Malaysia we are in episode 20 yesterday. A total of 24 episodes in season 1.

The Cast 'Away':
Matthew Fox Jack Evangeline Lilly Kate Dominic Monaghan Charlie Jorge Garcia Hurley Maggie Grace Shannon Malcolm David Kelley Walt Naveen Andrews Sayid Harold Perrineau Michael Josh Holloway Sawyer Terry O'Quinn Locke Daniel Dae Kim Jin Yunjin Kim Sun Emilie de Ravin Claire

Unfortunately there's no Boone's bio anymore in the official webstie. My favourite character in LOST are almost all of the lead actors and actresses. That's what I like about this drama. Every lead character is a hero. JJ Abrams, created of Alias is also the creator of LOST. Terry O'Quinn also acted in Alias as FBI Assistang Director Kendall.

LOST's Emmy Awards's nominations(be sure to watch; Jul 27):
Outstanding Drama Series
Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama - Terry O'Quinn(Locke)
Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama - Naveen Andrews(Sayid)
Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series
Outstanding Direction - JJ Abrams for The Pilot
Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing - The Pilot
Outstanding Music Composition
Outstanding Single-Camera Sound Mixing - Outlaws
Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series - The Pilot
Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series - Walkabout
Outstanding Special Visual Effects - The Pilot
Outstanding Sound Editing - The Pilot

Here's more good news. Season 1 LOST DVD is out!

Boone: Was He Murdered ?

Boooohuuuuu Boone died last night and I cried. He's not my favourite in Lost yet I cried. I knew he's gonna die when the show was just few episdoes yet I cried. Why ar? 4 more episodes to go till the end of first season. Do you think Boone was murdered by Locke as Jack said ? Theoretically.

I said he died. He was not murder. They were into something and accident happens. A part of it was Boone fault. Maybe a little part. Yeah it was risky climbing up the cliff and into the plane but Boone was suppose to get out from the plane after he found out that there's only drugs in the plane and not anything else that can help to open the hac. When the radio comes to life it was too late.

Of course Locke plays a big part in his dead but he did not murder Boone. Locke was so into this hac stuff until I guess his minds went nuts ? Or izzit true the island show him the way ? If yes then why didn't they find anything in the plane?
We'll see how this ends. Bravo to Sun, the Korean lady. She's hot! Hehehe

Now that Boone has gone from Lost let's get to know him. It's not too late yeah. Boone Carlyle was played out by Ian Somerhalder. He acts in some movie and make TV guest appearance in Smallville, CSI: Miami Law and Order:Special Victims Unit. He was born in Covington, Louisiana USA on 8 December 1978. Here's his cute face.

Did ya realised that Boone looks like Andy Roddick(tennis player) abit?

Tupperware Craze

My mom is so into Tupperware for the past 2 years already. Many years ago, when I was little my mom used to have some Tupperware product such as tupperware and tumbler.

We still have the Tuppeware tumbler until now. About 2 years ago, my aunty became an agent and my mom started to buy Tupperware product from her. The problem is my aunt stays in Cheras.

So my mom became an agent herself. Tupperware product is trendy, microwavable(if specifies) and they are guarantee for life. Fast forward today, my mom have 2 cupboard full of Tupperwares. We've been telling her to stop buying yet she always bought something herself whenever she stops over the shop. Everywhere you look in our house there will be a Tupperware product. Kuaci, sweets, bread, soy sauce, vegetables, cold drinks, fish, chicken, food, etc...all in Tupperware's product. She's gonna need another cupboard for her future collection. Hahaha!

Trendy

This is my favourite Tupperware product. They are really cute man. My mom have 4 of these. Posted by Picasa

Record Breaking Day

Today is a record breaking day. The Fab5 hasn't chat/gossip much in today's ym(yahoo messenger). My oh my we must be incredibly busy today. I counted from morning about 9am to 1pm, only 71 words uttered by the Fab5.

Yes we are indeed busy. Most of our work must be finished by next week Wednesday. I wanted to finished my work slowly but a dateline is a dateline. I'll be bored by mid August(I foresee).

Don't Lose Your Way

Words and Music: James Horner and Will Jennings
From the animated film, "The Land Before Time"

Don't lose your way with each passing day

You've come so far, don't throw it away (learn how to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle!)
Live believing, dreams are for weaving
Wonders are waiting to start
Live your story,
Faith hope and glory
Hold to the truth in your heart

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by, for you and I

Souls in the wind must learn how to bend
Seek out a star, hold on till the end
Valley, mountain, there is a fountain
Washes our tears all away

Worlds are swaying, someone is praying
Please let them come home to stay

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by, for you and I

When we are out there in the dark
We'll dream about the sun
In the dark, we'll feel the light
Warm our hearts … Everyone

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
As high as souls can fly
The clouds roll by, for you and I

Don't Lose Your Way is one of my favourite song of all time. Let's sing together!
This movie is produced in 1988.

Do you know that ...

Do you know that ...

1. I'm in serious debt since back from Beijing ? About 5k 'hutang'. And I calculated that I will pay RM500 every month until the end of the year where I'll use my bonus to settle it all.

2. Yet I still need to shop for clothes during this Mega Sales. More debt. But I'm trying to control myself.

3. I'm planning to go Melaka this year(around September). 1 day only as I can't bare to part with Chester.

4. I'm also planning to backpack in Hong Kong with my whole family. We think if we go backpack it will be more fun and cheaper. This time I need Mr Gan to take care of Chester. He's charging so much for a day. Imagine 4 or 5 days. BTW Mr Gan's golden retriever is the large breed dog champion in Malaysia. I'm planning the whole trip.

5. My dad readily agrees to visits Hong Kong. He had been there twice in the last decade or more and he said he loves it there. The FOOD is GREAT! Imagine tonnes of words I got to say to him when we wants to visit Beijing. 'Di, go lah. You also never been to Beijing right?'. 'Now MAS fair very very cheap one'. 'Go with us lah...3 people how to sit/stay in the airplane or bus or hotel room?'.

5. I'm living my dreams - 'visit 1 country and 1 local state at least once a year! Of course more if I managed money-wise'. Since 2003 yeah! Right now I only managed to travel to countries which have cheap air-fare.

Mencari Cinta - Episode 3

What can I say ? I'm abit shocked. Hasrul was the first man to be eliminated in Mencari Cinta. The reason for it is not because he dosen't have a permanent job but because he's too bold.

Really! even I can feel it. He was the bold one when the group of 4 men was in Elly's house. In fact he was the boldest of all in the entire 9 group of men. He looks as if he's very sad when he was eliminated or izzit just an act ?

If I was him, I would be so humiliated. To know Elly and to be eliminated first of all men!

p/s: I'm so thrilled about Desperate Housewives. I like Susan's relationship with Mike. Really chemistry there.

Hai yo!!!

Hai yo!!! why lah ????? A motorcyclist knocked my car rear bumper yesterday at a roundabout. So geram man!!! This is the 3rd time in 3 months since I got my new car.

It's not my fault really! Even the motorcyclist said 'I ingat u nak belok, sorry ya'. I already put signal. I told him you won't have to pay. Why ? I was boiling but I thank GOD. I didn't feel a thing when the motorcyclist knock at my rear bumper. I thought there's an accident behind my car's car. Silly me. And there's no kemik. Fhewwww. I was so happy that Toyota build tough car. Bravo TOYOTA. I just need to touch up abit and luckily the location he knocked was at the same place that idiot lady(first accident) knocked. Though the 'knocked' area is bigger now. I haven't touch up that time. So now I save 1 touch up cost.

I think to get out of this jinx, I need to touch up my car. So that my car will become fully new again. So 1 day I will take 1 day leave and bring my car to a car spray mechanic. I hope this will be the last time man! I hope nobody knocks at my car and I don't knock anybody's car. Amithaba.

Mars News

Friends, remember this story(below) that I sent to you ?

"The Red Planet is about to be spectacular! This month and next, Earth is catching up with Mars in an encounter that will culminate in the closest approach between the two planets in recorded history. The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.

Due to the way Jupiter's gravity tugs on Mars and perturbs its orbit, astronomers can only be certain that Mars has not come this close to Earth in the Last 5,000 years, but it may be as long as 60,000 years before it happens again. The encounter will culminate on August 27th when Mars comes to within 34,649,589 miles of Earth and will be (next to the moon) the brightest object in the night sky. It will attain a magnitude of -2.9 and will appear 25.11 arc seconds wide. At a modest 75-power magnification Mars will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. Mars will be easy to spot.

At the beginning of August it will rise in the east at 10p.m. and reach its azimuth at about 3 a.m. By the end of August when the two planets are closest, Mars will rise at nightfall and reach its highest point in the sky at 12:30 a.m. That's pretty convenient to see something that no human being has seen in recorded history.

So, mark your calendar at the beginning of August to see Mars grow progressively brighter and brighter throughout the month. Share this with your children and grandchildren. NO ONE ALIVE TODAY WILL EVER SEE THIS AGAIN"

Well, it's kinda fake/false. Read Urban Legends Reference Pages: Science(Mars Spectacular)

The Extraordinaires

Alonso wins his 6th victory this season in yesterday unfated 67 laps at Hockenheim German GP. It was meant to be Kimi's day, finally and with Montoya catching up from last place, all looks good at McLaren West Mercedes pit. But it was not meant to be. A failed hydraulic at laps 36 for Kimi means it's game over.

Funny, looking how vulnerable Ferrari is. Michael from 2nd place after Kimi's retirement finished 5th. Alonso inched nearer to become this year champion. Well done Alonso, Montoya who finished 2nd-from last and Button, 3rd.

6 wins!!! Kimi and Michael, you guys done for this year. Better luck next year eh!

7th straight and I'm retired!!! Posted by Picasa

Ohhh how should I put this ? Armstrong wins seventh straight and last Tour! Read this:

One last time, on the podium against the backdrop of the Arc de Triomphe, the cancer survivor who became the greatest cyclist in Tour de France history slipped into the leader's yellow jersey Sunday. This time, it was the winner's jersey, for an unprecedented seventh consecutive year in the world's most grueling race.

``For you people who don't believe in cycling, the cynics and the skeptics, I'm sorry for you,'' Armstrong began, standing on the top step of the podium at the Tour de France for the last time. ``I'm sorry you can't dream big and I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles. ... There are no secrets. This is a hard sporting event and hard work wins it.
``So, vive le Tour,'' he paused and added, ``Forever.''

Lance Armstrong going out on top and that's how a champion walk away. Pity Michael.

Are You Afraid of Needle ?

Yes, I was and NO, not anymore. I have vague memory of my yesteryear when I was poked with needle. But I believe I've been crying then.

I've been trying to escape from this needle thing until last year. Yes all my life from the moment I have my memory. I was poked at my backside by a ruthless woman doctor. That was a painful memory because my backside felt so pain during and afterthat. She was rough man!

Then this year, I've been trying to escape for another poke until I persuade my mom that I will take the needle after coming back from Beijing. But then I tried to escape as well not until I realised I really got to do it because of my health. I wants to know whether I have any tumor or cancerous cell and other illness.

'The day' was one of the hardest in my life. I was so nervous and scared. My hands were cold and once I thought I was gonna pass out. When the lady strap my arm, I was shaking a little. Luckily my sister came to the rescue. She gave me her handphone with Chester's photo for me to view during the process. My hand was very cold throughout the process. When the needle poke inside my vein, I felt a little surge of pain. But during the process of pumping my blood out I don't feel a thing. And when it's over, my body gave out a loud 'Fhewwwwww it's over and you did it girl!'.

A week later, my office announced that we were to have blood test, x-ray, ECG, etc at a designated medical centre. Come the day again yet I'm not scared anymore. Me 'dengan selambanya' have my vein poked. I'm a cool girl now. Just last 2 days, doctor poke my vein again. He asked me 'I'm going to do blood test to test whether you are getting better' and I said 'sure'. Ain't I cool ?

Why was I nervous and panicky at the first place ? Wooo many stuff pop up in my head. I'm scared I will be in much agony when the needle poke in my beautiful skin. hahahahaha! I also scared the needle will break, thus the small pieces of broken needle that is still in my vein will travel to my heart and I will die.

But cheerio I'm fine now. A brave girl I am!

Poking needle is a walk in the park for me now. Yet I still don't dare to watch. I watched my grandma's vein when she was poked at the Tun Hussein Onn Eye Hospital. I can't find a real-life picture. Maybe I should have pose for this picture. Posted by Picasa

Gossip: Mencari Cinta

Gosssippppppp!!!

Hasrul is a friend to my friend's friend's husband. Yeah the guy that 'dated' Elly before this show. My friend's friend's also stay at Keramat.

Here's more. The 2 dates that Hasrul mentioned is TRUE! On Saturday, 8 friends(including Hasrul and Elly) went to Ukay Perdana for a drink. Then on Sunday 4 friends(my friend's friend hubby, a friend, Hasrul and Elly) went to watch F1.

I might bring Chester if I'm not 'malas'. He and me hasn't joined any dog activities since last year. As for bowling, my colleague is organizing our annual department bowling tournament. More about the bowling history and tourney winner next time. We guys are going out to practice. We are going to nail the highest point individual and group. Inshallah if GOD let us have it. Btw can I said Inshallah if I'm not Islam ?

Mencari Cinta - Episode 2

Finally the mysterious lady emerged. She is pretty, sweet and friendly. Her hair is shoulder length and of medium size(more to petite side) overall. She likes sport, cooking, traveling and cats(that's all I remember). She works as a secretary in KL. Her family stays in Keramat area. Am I telling too much ? Will she kill me ?

Yeterday all 9 guys awaits their turn to meet her. Some of the guys were quite nervous. One guy drank many glasses of water. He told his room mate that 'I'm the most nervous guy here. I drank many glasses'. Hahahahaha

Yeah that guy is cool and there's another guy who is cool too. He's the 'pendiam' one at the pool area. The first table where Elly met 3 guys later. Ohh yes her name is Elly. I didn't get how to spell her name or what is her real long name(take her name from The Producer's comment).

That's the situation when a guy talk about himself to her then he asked her 'By the way I didn't catch your name just now'. Hahahahahaha I think that's the guy who drank glasses!

Episode 2 gimmick is ............there's 1 guy who 'knew' Elly before this show. They even dated twice on Saturday and the next day- Sunday(that's what the guy told the other guys. He wants to be honest to the other guy). All hell break loose as some of the guys keep saying unfair lah, you have advantage lah, etc.

The moment the two met(guy and Elly), they stared at each other for quite sometimes, then only they speak(source from duchess as I miss that part coz I brought Chester to potty). How lame is that ? That guy also stay in Keramat!!! The chances of them knowing each other is quite low possibility but still TV3 should be caution about geography stuff.

I can't find any photos in the net. The girl nor the guy.

Mangosteen Fever!!!

Stay away from us. We are having mangosteen fever!!! Yeeeeehaaaaaaa! Yes yes yes! A colleague of ours brought mangosteen and rambutan last week to office. What else do we do ? We gals munched down like a hungry monster. I for one didn't join em(cause I don't really like to eat mangosteen or rambutan but I do eat; just don't like) but I'll blog about this. Just today a Japanese guy also brought mangosteen to office. Yipppeee dudah!

Sorry gals(Fab5), I korbankan you gals in my blog.

Anyone dosen't know what is a mangosteen or how mangosteen looks like(you must not be from SEA then) then look at both pictures below. Ahhh the purplish color of the fruit.

Do you know that Mangosteen is dubbed the Queen of all tropical fruits? Because those who have tried mangosteen consider it to be one of the most delicious fruits on earth. Now you know.

Ohhh WOW yum yum, those white flesh eat em clean but remember to spit the seed. For first timer better ask your friend to teach you how to eat em. Posted by Picasa

Mangosteen is found in South East Asia(tropical) and is rich in Xanathones.

Exerted from Mangosteen Fruit Benefits (checkout the 22 health benefits from mangosteen aka xango at the click of the link):
"Xanathones are a unique biologically "active" compound. Active means they couple with other molecules and become very beneficial to the systems of the body. Xanathones are powerful and strong antioxidants. Xanathones can kill cancer cells. They enter the cell wall with antioxidants and can even kill intracell bacteria before it has a chance to mess with the cell's DNA. There are at least 24 Xanathones in the pericarp of the mangosteen fruit. No other fruit or single food has this quantity".

So now you know the goodness in mangosteen. People are making money out of xango juice. But why buy the juice when you can just stroll to the pasar malam or market and bought some for yourself and family. Hmmm makes me wanna eat.

Chocolate is Heaven

Heaven Posted by Picasa

He/She who created chocolate must be thinking of heaven. Ahhhhh Yes I'm very free therefore this is blog no. 2 for today.

I sometimes have ulcer and sore throat therefore I can't really enjoy chocolate as much as I wants to. But lately I'm free of both and few bars of chocolate I have enjoyed.

Chocolate is the ultimate gift. You give someone chocolate for no reason, give your loved one during their birthday or Valentine's Day or on special occasion, give chocolate during festival and wedding and as a souvenir. You can make chocolate as a bar, cake, pie, pudding, cookies, drinks, fudge, ice-cream, milk, cereal, sauce, truffles, etc. Yummmmy!!!

Chocolate is poisonous/toxic for some animal like dogs, horses, cats(kittens especially), parrots and other small animals because they are unable to metabolize theobromine. So don't ever feed your dog or cat chocolate ya. I feed Chester the 'pet type' chocolate from Naskar(brand).

For human, dark chocolate/cocoa are anti-oxidants which is good for your health. Chocolate is a weak drug as it contains a very small portion of caffeine and theobromine. And although no research show chocolate causing acne, many people consuming chocolate find outbreaks of acne. No matter what I will still eat chocolate. (tssssk I wonder my current outbreaks is because of chocolate or not eh)

I love Hawaiian Macademia nuts, Bacci, Ferrero, Cadbury, Nestle and Hershey's product. Yum yum yum yum. Chocolate rules!!!

Little London & WWTMMD?

I watched a sitcom named Little London at Star World yesterday. Acted out by 2 British guys(of course; a tall guy and a plum guy) where in some scene the plum one looks so real as a woman(attractive as well). Never a guy looks so womanly but him. Watch if you will. Another hilarious programme that I found by chance (kembang...)

I won't watch Who Wants to Marry My Father? anymore. I found out which woman were selected by Don Mueller kids to be his wife. In fact Don Mueller was not handsome but I don't know why so many women said 'I'm falling in love with him' or "I felt in love with him at first sight'. He's rich alright! He drove a Ferrari, have 4 great kids(who always seem to know what's the best decision) and of course he's loaded. He's bald and I think this balding thing is not a pro/con.

Read on if you're not scared of spoilers.

Apparently this show was showned in 2003 at US. The woman that 'will marry' their dad is Christena Ferran. But at Who Wants to Marry My Dad?couple ends engagement site(by this site title you already knows what's in store) both Don and Christena didn't compromise. So why do they join this show in the first place ? There's other reality tv show where the show ends with the couple can't compromise because of location and family as well. So don't join lah if you know in the end you have to make that decision. This also show that relatioship is much much harder as seen on reality tv.

Trust Me

Patrick Vieira Posted by Picasa

Arsene Wenger said 'Trust Me!'. Do you trust him ? Patrick Vieira joined Juventus a few days ago and now Arsene Wenger is searching for a midfielder to fill Vieira's shoe. There's Arsenal link with Jermaine Jenas. Please NO!!!

Arsenal and Manchester United are rival and when Patrick Vieira leave Arsenal, I feel sad man. He's an exceptional midfielder and captain. He wears no. 4 shirt in Arsenal. He only play 2 games at Inter Milan before Arsenal stepped in with a 4millions offer for him. He's born in Dakar, Senegal in June 1976.

Patrick Vieira admitted missing out on a Champions League triumph was the biggest regret of his nine glorious years with Arsenal.

Vieira said: 'When you spend nine years somewhere it is difficult (to leave). When you make a decision you must think about what you want to achieve.'

'You never know what will happen in the future, but when you think about it we won almost everything with Arsenal. The only trophy missing is the Champions League.

'And when you think that the year before last Porto won it, then you think anyone can win it. I think we have been really unlucky in that competition.

'But when I look back overall on my nine years it has been fantastic. It doesn't matter what some people say, I hope they remember I played more than 400 games for the club.'

Good luck Vieira.

I fetch my grandma to my uncle's house(where she stays) and I reach home nearly 4pm. Aiseh my plan to sleep abit out of spec already lar.

Glinggggg glongggg(the sound of thunder!!!). Walau so what did I do ? I quickly finish up my reading and head for the bed.

Pre-Operation

Today I took full day leave to bring my grandma to Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital. We reached there around 8.30am although our appointment was supposed to be 9.30am.

We waited for 2 hours. Yes incredible, for a weekday queue. A nurse applied eye drop to my grandma's eyes 5 times. Finally it's our turn. The doctor name is Dr Saras. My grandma's friend had previously checkup under this doctor and she recommended her to my grandma as this doctor can speak a little bit of Hokkien and Cantonese.

The room's light were off and Dr Saras proceed to check my grandma's eyes using diopter and eye machine. She said that my grandma can do the cataract operation on her left eye anytime she wants it. Her left eye cataract grew a little bit more since the last time we check about 9 months ago. My grandma had been complaining difficult to see.

A bit of my grandma's eyes' history. Her right eye is totally no use even if she went for the right eye operation. That's because when she was little, she already have far-sighted and she didn't wear any glasses then. She said that time there's not many people wearing glass and we were poor. The doctor said her right eye's vein putus/broken. Luckily for her left eye though. She had cataract on both eyes and an operation will make her left eye sight recover.

We make an appointment for the surgery few weeks from now. Then we proceed to another room where the nurses took my grandma's blood(a little) and some eye checking. We proceed to level 4 for blood test and ECG. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for that. I was awed with the blood test. I look at the guy nurse didn't use any syringe to pump out the blood. Of course he uses a needle with a syringe but he just inserted a 'tabung uji' into the syringe then the blood automatically pump out. I was impressed. There's 3 'tabung uji's to be filled with blood.

Then a nurse brieft us about the information for patients coming for surgery. Then my grandma proceed to do ECG while I settle the payment at the cashier and take eye drops medicine at the pharmacy. Finally we went for lunch at SS2. I bought dog food and treats for Chester at the same time.

After lunch we go to Assunta Hospital. It was about 2pm. We have 2 missions at Assunta; no.1 grandma is to take X-ray chest and to bring it on the day she admit for surgery. no.2 ask her physican regarding the medicine she took whether have thinning blood effect. If have she have to stop 1 week before the surgery. The X-ray cost RM25(cheap eh, we were estimating the cost to be RM100 hahahahaha) and we waited for about 15minutes for the result.

We accomplished our mission by about 2.30pm and ride home. My car was bombarded with 2 'tahi's burung and just so happen my washer is out of water.

The surgery is on Monday(the cataract surgery is perform only on Monday) and we haven't decide me our my cousin will accompanied my grandma on that day. I pray for my grandma's safety. Amithaba.

p/s: she has a weak heart(she is still on medication all this while) so we decide to put her on anaesthetic.

Mencari Cinta

My friend Dutchess recommend a reality TV show - Mencari Cinta(in English Looking for Love) which commence yesterday at TV3 9pm. It's regarding a bunch of guys vying for a beautiful, educated and adventurous woman's love. Something like Average Joe(I didn't watch this).

In yesterday's episode we got to see the 10 guys' personality and biodat. I'm cheerless for the 9 guys except for one which can say well do. After that, they were checked into Berjaya Times Square Hotel KL. Right when TV3 personnel asked them about raising any question about this reality show, a guy raised his hand and said he wants to quit. Woow all of them were shocked. I was shocked as well. Never in any reality show that I've seen people quit.

In another recording session later, that guy said that the reason he quits is because he met someone along the way and he think it won't be fair to the mysterious lady if he continue the show. I'll said bravo. It takes a lot of guts to said that and it also takes a lot of guts to join this first ever Malaysian TV reality show.

I found out Queer Eye for the Straight Guy was sloted into Tuesday 11.45pm. Why 8TV? We're so tired on this working day Tuesday night and I didn't even finish watching this good show. I miss em all.

Work Out Dog

We just realised that Chester is brilliant. My mom told me that one morning while dad was doing his work out(hand straight then squat and stand, squat and stand), Chester came and join daddy. Whenever dad squat, he will bow(just like the GR picture in Buster Cube(previous post). Then when dad stand he will stand as well(with 4 hands/legs of course).

My mom, sis and me tried this work out with Chester. He did some and then 'manja-manja' playing with our hands. Hahahahaha. Dad also demonstrate to us how he did it with Chester but Chester only did some and then lost interest as all of us are watching him. Mom told us that Chester really did well in the morning with dad.

I hope 1 day I will get to see it. Ahhhh

Treats & Toys

Chester have plaque accumulates at both side of his jaws and 1 or 2 months ago, I plan to bring him for scaling but because I'm so poor I cancel this idea until next time. Also I can't bare to leave him alone at the vet although he will be unconscious for about 5-6 hours. Now the plaque already seep near his gum and luckily no tartar yet.

There's this miracle treat called Greenies which guarantee that it can descrease tartar accumulation with a taste that pets love if given regularly. Actually I've given Greenies to Chester since he was small but I seldom buy because it is very expensive. My sister recently bought 2 pieces of Jumbo Greenies. There's Greenies sizes according to your pet size. So Chester is under the Jumbo category.

Greenies Jumbo which cost RM10+.

Yeah it looks like toothbrush. This pack below costs about RM40-RM50.

Yesterday I gave Chester 1 piece to munch which he took about 10 minutes to finish it all. Then I checked his teeth, walau 1 medium size plaque gone. Good good good. Greenies also have beautiful Christmas packaging and I promised myself to buy some for Chester. He deserved it. I also brush his teeth a couple of times in a week. I'll brush his teeth and then mine.

Buster Cube is also very expensive. RM80+ at Pet Safari Ikano Power Center.Posted by Picasa

There's one toy that I wish to buy for Chester a long time now. The toy name/brand is Buster Cube. This toy is shaped like a cube and you put treats inside and turn the cube so that the treats won't come out. The dog will have to find a way/plays to take out the treats(be rewarded). I read that this is a very simulating toy and for draining out excess energy from your dog.

I got to know this toy from pet's forum before I bought Chester. I searched for this toy until one day I found it at Pet Safari at Ikano. Wooww my eyes nearly pop out. It costs RM80+. Just yesterday I check out again to see whether this toy is still available or the price is cheaper. Hmmm it still cost that much and the box which house the Buster Cube is still dirty and abit torn. There's 2 of them and I think nobody wants to buy it cause it is very expensive. So now I'm hoping that come sales time they can sell it at 70%. Then Chester will be the proud owner of Buster Cube. Ahhhhhh

Right now Chester have soft toys(octopus and worm shape;both cotton come out and I havent sew back), 1 tennis ball(shrinked), 1 black Kong bone, 1 pink spiky bone, 1 ball(with bell-he dislike this the most), 1 squeeky M&Ms ball, 1 squeeky orange(his favourite toy at the moment;until he destroy it), 1 frisbee and 1 big ball.

My Weekend

First, Congrats to McLaren, Montoya and Kimi. So hard to says this out. Yeah your car is fast but Alonso will be the F1 Champion 2005. Wuahahahahaha...

I also went to Ikea and Ikano for shopping(I bought some can food for Chester, boxes from Ikea for temporary storage for books and photo album, sausages, peanut butter, Kit Kat, potato crackers, macademia nuts, cashew nuts, 2 yogurt drinks, Kit Kat milk bar, pack of 6 soya drinks, 2 sliced of cakes, breads, curry flavour maggi mee, original flavour mee goreng maggi mee and super ring). My sister bought 3 packets of treats for Chester, popiah, breads and Shantaram(cause I don't want to share or let her read mine;I'm going to give back her money for sharing this book. Yes I'm evil!)

I cut my own hair at home because I only need to cut my front hair(I cut it all straight) as I want to have longer hair. I followed Cynthia's (what's her name;from Who wants to marry my dad show) front style. By the way I don't like Christy(ex Miss USA) cause she looks like just want to win.

Yesterday my dad have dinner therefore my mom decided to eat at a Chinese restaurant(where we ordered dishes and rice). This is the first time for us as whenever my dad have dinner we will tapau or eat at fastfood restaurant. So my mom brought us to a restaurant which she frequent during lunch time. She said the dishes is tasty and delicious. As we ordered the dishes, I wanted to order 4 angle bean cook but somehow the lady don't understand what is 4 angle bean and don't know how at last she understood.

We ordered fried egg with onion and pork, chicken dishes, 4 angle bean with belacan and tofu in clapot. First the chicken dish followed by the fried egg arrived, then ladyfinger with belacan arrive..Hahahahahaha. She had misunderstood. But my mom said nevermind lah, eat aje. I don't eat ladyfinger so I only have 2 dishes to eat with rice. Then we waited for the tofu claypot but it never came. That lady forgot to write down this dish. I didn't even finish my rice as we cancel the tofu claypot. Lastly that girl don't dare to give us our bill. Guess how much in total ? Only RM26.40. The cheapest that we have eaten. There's 4 of us, mom, sis, grandma and me.

Of course I won't eat there anymore. I'll go to my usual restaurant to eat. Thanks God we were not poisoned. At one point there was smoke coming out from the restaurant's kitchen and the smell is the overcooked/burning smell. I was laughing out loud. Hahahahahahaha. Ironically, only this restaurant have many customers.

No Above The Land Adventure

Too bad. I can't go indoor rock climbing next week until I'm cured. Cured of something which my dear friends knew about and not you. pssst don't tell ar. Doctor told me better play games that are on the land and not above the land. He scared my heartbeat will go up too high and then some complication occur.

So now I 'kwai-kwai'(obedience) play games that are on the land. I don't want to die young because of heart failure man! I want to die old like when I'm 150!?(can break the world oldest lady still living record at the same time). But hor today I'm not 'kwai'. I'm going to play tennis but hey it's on the ground though you need to run.

The reason we plays tennis today is because my sister wanted to try out this game. I already warned her that we won't survive under dreamcatcher's grip. So I'll let her play more while I shake my leg.

Happy Weekends. I'm gonna be busy as hell as I'm going for shopping and trim my hair at Ikano. Yippppeeee

The Good Dog

This is his favourite pose but a no good one because this pose can cause 'Hip Dysplasia' which is a very common problem for golden retriever. We always command him to lie down on his side. Really he understand that long sentences 'Chester, lie down on your side'. He was 2 months old when this picture was taken. Posted by Picasa
Chester, I miss you. Since I changed my car he seemingly can't recognize me whenever I pulls up at the driveway. He stare at the car although his tail can't stop wagging. Then when I get down from the car and I can see that he recognize me, tail wagging began to sweeps left and right powerfully and he smiles and then bark at me(saying 'aiyooo i miss you so much, come nearer so that I can smell you and know where have you been to'). He dosen't bark at all the stranger who come to our house or walk passed by. Only a couple of em for eg. he dosen't bark at the roti man or the newpaper vendor but he barks at Pizza Hut man. Hahaha. Although he's barking, his tail will sweeps back and forth.
Last week my dad bought a couple of durians home. We leave it on the floor with the plastic bag still wrap all the durians. Chester came trotting and go near to smell em and then lied down near the durians, to 'guard' em I guess. It has become his favourite fruits. When we open up the durian, we usually fence that place so that he won't come and hassle us. He will bark like a crazy dog until we gave him some to taste. We prepared a tupperware of durians for him without the seed and feed him necessarily. One thing good about having a durian lover dog is if the durian is not so tasty I will feed it to Chester. Wuahahahahaha he can't tell the difference mah. We sometimes tease him 'Chester, you want durian?' and he will come to you.
He's a very good and obedience dog you know. I'm glad I choose a Golden Retriever as my 'first' dog. First and foremost, when we open our front gate he won't run out of the house to the road. Only when I have a leashed then he dare to go out. When on the road I've tried to unleashed him and I said 'run'. He will always run back home and when I call him back while I was standing at the middle of the road, he won't come. He will lean at the front gate waiting for me to let him in. Also he won't go to the driveway if we come back from work. For eg. when we came back home and parked at the driveway and if he was standing at the door, he won't come running out to greet you. He will stay at that position, wagging his tail and polishing his big smile while waiting for us to run and hug him. Clever dog.
Whenever we are eating dinner or durian(his favourite) he won't come and bother you, begging you for it. He'll mind his own business but once you call him or make eye contact with him, he'll bother you by standing beside you while he looks at you eating your dinner or durian. I miss you my dear dog.

Desperado Achar!

Hey I watched 2 new shows at 8tv yesterday. One is Achar! a Singaporean sitcom about the marriage of a Chinese gal to an Indian guy and the adventure between both families. I don't know this sitcom's episode, I just happened to watch Achar! right after the Korean drama at 8.30pm-9.30pm. Although sometimes the acting is abit 'fake' but do watch it, you'll get some laughter of the typical Asian family values. Moreover their English are better than our own sitcom's English plus there's no slang or 'lah'.

Then you must watch
Desperate Housewives. This drama/soap brings the best and worst out of a housewife. By the end of season 1, they will know why Mary Alice killed herself or is there another twist? Feel free to comment about this drama but please don't comment any spoilers ya.

Here's a question. Which Desperate Housewives character(the 5 main ladies character) would you choose if you are given a chance to act in that show and why ? Here's the character's name in case you can't remember. From left, Edie Britt, Susan Mayer, Bree Van De Kamp, Gabrielle Solis and Lynette Scavo.

Desperate Housewives a must watch!

Cured For A Day

Yahoo baby I'm cured of boredom for a day. Just 1 day. Opsss and I forget to write my blog until now. I was busy reading Shantaram's forum and chit chatting with Dreamcatcher. Actually it's a website for Johnny Depp but since Mr Depp will be playing Greg's role in the movie Shantaram, there's book discussion about it.

I found this forum when I was bored initially(morning) and decide to search for 'prabu prabaker' at yahoo and I found this forum. So that's all I'm gonna say except that I've summon World War III to my office. I'm fighting or more to say I'm defending my stand against a sonofab!tch. GTH bugger!

Time's UP

Oh God I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so bored here! Please help me and I'm so sorry that I wrote 2 blogs for today already(now 3rd one). Can someone please give me some example on how to pass my time in the office ? I've tried surfing, playing online games(small window), acting as if I'm busy, blogging, gossiping and chatting yet I'm still so bored. Let me shout 'Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh'. Please bear with me about the font spacing ya. Dunno what happened leh until the font spacing become near between each line. Now looks ugly.

So what should I talk about ? Ahem do you think being bored in the office is a sign? A sign to show that your time is up for this career ? What if you are even bored when you have real job at hand ? Wooow from my past experience this really is the time to changed your career. And if every morning you give yourself plenty of excuse not to come to work then it really make you think even harder about your life on the job. Hey I'm in the second stage off and on right now which is feeling bored even if you had a job at hand.

I've been to the third stage before. I was working in my first job and blam boom, something tick inside me. I attended several interviews yet the b!tch boss dosen't know(remember I told you that I asked my dad to write surat sakit? yeah that's the one. I'll remember that forever baby!) about it. I even passed my resignation letter to HRD instead of them. Hahahaha sweet revenge(they've-b!tch and a man boss been bad and I finally got my vengence on something which I won't tell).

Negative feeling I have, Yoda help me please!

Wuahhhh wuahhhh(crying)

I felt down this morning near my house's sink. 4th time in 3months. I was in a hurry therefore I did my stuff quickly. Then I slip on a pool of water near the sink(water on the floor is my own fault). This time I managed to hang on my hands at the sink, both of my knees bumped the floor and my stomach stretched(with a horrifying sound 'piakkkk'. Luckily I only sprain my stomach cause afterthat my stomach felt ok.

Yes I must not do stuff hurriedly. Patient I must.

Wimbledon 2005 & F1

Congrats to Alonso and Federer!!! Both are worthy winner who was the favourite to win at F1 Magny-Cours and Wimbledon Men's Championship 2005 respectively. Not forgetting Venus Williams. The moment I heard her grunting at every return I thought she might lose it. But of course that is her grunting way of strong return.

Federer is a cool, 'selamba' and complete player. He won 3rd Wimbledon title in a row(2003, 2004 & 2005).
p/s: did ya notice he wore the same shoe pattern as Sharapova?

This ladies final championship is the longest in history(if I'm not mistaken).
Bravo Venus Williams!!!

Last but not least, Alonso won the 5th GP in the season. Posted by Picasa

War of The Worlds

Hey hey! Umphhh the ending s!cks! Be prepared ya. Although my friend, elian told me that the ending s!cks I thought I was prepared for it.

Starting of the movie that time, I was having a hard time to breath(the part where the earth were sliceed). Out of the ordinary(for me lah) but I know Dreamcatcher won't feel that.

Acting kinda off stiff. I'll rate this movie 5/10. You must noticed this little girl yeah. Her name is Dakota Fanning and I first watch her in Taken(as Allie). She blew me away in that mini-series. She's 11years old this year.

When I Said...

Once I shouted 'sh!t' in a classroom in my college, my frens were so shocked. Malu malu they ask me 'wah Che-Cheh you know how to curse this word ar'...'yeah been doing that since little'...then they shut their mouth.

Where did I learn to curse this word ? In my tuition class(that time primary school) where the boys like to use this word. Nowdays I learn to curse 'fork' but only when I'm extremely angry. Credit to ThE HuStLeR DiaRIeS.

Any good word that I "curse" ? hmmm hmmm hmmm 'Oh God' and 'Thank God'.

So do you have any words that you always use ?

Hey that reminds me of the game Simon says. Have you played this game before? I used to play this game with my sister and aunty(some of them were younger than me. believe me!) and I know you already guess who win always.

Alright time is running out coz I got to pack and head to cinema to watch War of The Worlds. Tata...

ChatterBox I AM

Yeah yeah I'm exceptionally chatty today. This is blog no. 4.

I am someone who will 'tunjuk belang' to the one/place I'm comfortable with. For the one I'm not then I will behave nicely...hehehe Not to say that the one I'm comfortable with I will treat them badly just that i 'tunjuk belang' lor!

So what did I tunjuk ? In places such as home, my vocal output dB increases linearly. I'm better to offer help to the public then in my home. I'm a nice gal in public whereas in home sweet home I'm the no. 1 wailer, bossy sonoftheb!tch, rcu queen, loudspeaker and lazybump in my whole wide home. But really I like to help in the public. I've even volunteer for the WWF once. I lend my stuff to friend without any disgusted feeling, pure feeling ada lah. You can call me 'angel che-cheh' my friend and 'devil che-cheh' my family.

Pssst... my sister might start a blog. She said she wants to pour out her feelings. So have faith, I'll inform you. BTW she had read my blog about herself. Hehehehe. She plans to comment on it but last-last tak jadi. Because she is a lazybump too. Now the title hangs between one fine line. Who will win the lazybump title ? We'll see...

Energy Charged

I'm feeling light and free today. Yesterday me and my friend work until 11pm. Cursed the supplier!!! But alas we have the sense of relieve because this project will be done by next week. You know how long we follow up this project ? Since last year September!!! The supplier keep fork up and we fork up once also.

I slept at 1am this morning yet today I'm feeling good though my body is a bit tired. Let's see what should I do tomorrow....hmmmm tomorrow morning I will bring my grandma to Assunta Hospital and then we will go for our lunch at SS2. Then it's time to sleep in my smelling good bed. Ahhhhhh

Nowdays I sleep alot in Saturday and Sunday afternoon, especially with my tummy full. Blessed man!

Then I'll get up for dinner and watch Wimbledon Ladies Final, F1 qualifying and QEFTSG. On Sunday I will get up to feed Chester, read newspaper, watch tv, play pc game, sleep, dinner, watch Wimbledon Men Final, Oprah Winfrey and F1. Umphhh now that I mentioned it...which one should I watch ? Wimbledon Men Final or F1 ? Arrghhh shuck. Hmm I think I will watch F1 and turn ch every few mins to Wimbledon...but hor both shows at Astro ch82. My ohhh my. I wonder which one will be move to ch80 or ch81.

My dear friend, happy weekend!

Froggy Lesson

Hei ya! Below are my comments regarding the swimming lesson that I took from 2 dear friends.

1. I don't care how I look like in a swimming suit(first few times I did care).
2. I don't care how I look like in a swimming cap.
3. I can float automatically(a breakthrough for me).
4. I know at least 60% breathing technique lah.
5. I pee twice if I'm in the pool for 1hr(not pee in the pool yeah, I run to the toilet lar you think what ?).
6. I still can't get up vertically if I float horizontal(drank many gulps of disgusting @#$%!)
7. But I can get up vertically if I float not horizontally. hahaha
8. I know a bit of the froggy leg and hand technique.
9. My goggle is always foggy although I bought an anti-fog type(how ar?).
10. And last but not least I pee wearing my swimming suit!(what do you think ? it's right right ? I'm not disgusting right ? but I wash after that la)

Hahahahahahaha

Yeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaa! Venus Williams defeated Maria Sharapova yesterday[7-6(7-2), 6-2]. This is the best news in a long time.

I don't care which ladies win the Wimbledon championship. But I care if Justine is one of them.

I don't like ladies that win championship consecutively eg. Venus Williams, Serena William and Maria Sharapova. But I like if Justine win consecutively
.
