Food Street

Sometimes I will post photos from my Beijing tour. Here is one of them. Remember to click on the picture for a bigger view.

We visited Food Street in Wang Fu Jing(aka KL's golden triangle), Beijing on our last night at Beijing on 5th April 2005.


The Food Street consists of 100 over stalls selling many types of local specialty. We bought steam corn(yuck man! no taste), fried dim sum(also yuck, so dry) and sweeten strawberry in stick(yuck again). In conclusion the food is either really yuck or we don't like the way/taste how those food are cook.


Fried scorpion and different type of insects. Some of our tour friend tried these out. Their comment ? CRISPY!
