Owen OUT!
"You may leave". That's what Real Madrid said to the whole world addressing Michael Owen's future.
What do you think is the 'real' reason he may leave ?
I think his market value soar. Unlike Beckham's market. Just 1 year ago, he was contemplating whether to leave his beloved Liverpool where he grows up with. Steven Gerrard has the same uneasiness this year and he had choosen to stays.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle are the likely club Owen will join with Manchester United leading the way. Though MU already have 4 main strikers(Van Nistelrooy, Rooney, Smith, Saha), David Bellion and with the return of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer it looks like more than enough.
For me, I'll welcome Owen to MU. Owen, may the FORCE be with you.

yea, better go where he can play regular football instead of spending his time warming the bench.
... heard ferguson's contemplating of switching smith to midfield, ya? so, there might be a place for him at mu after all... it's a good deal he'd get yet after arsenal, of course, heh!heh!
i don't think arsenal wants him. but i know newcastle is desperate for a good striker. who's that guy from barcelona...he's leaving or leaved newcastle already. now i think shearer is the only good striker left.
