Chester Growling and Chasing Girls
Yes, Chester growl when he sees stranger but he growls too when he's eating something big/he likes very much. I'm not sure which one is the cause. For eg. we gave him a rawhide or greenies and we try to take 'em away and he will growl and snatch the rawhide/greenies away and continue his gnawing and munching at another 'save' area. Hahahaha so cute. Luckily he didn't bite his master's hand. I'm very proud of him.
When he first growl at stranger, we were so happy. We thought Chester don't know how to growl. It's like hearing your kid say 'mommy' or 'daddy'(umphh I'm still single but I know the feeling). OK at least he dosen't see any leng lui or leng chai and play play with them. So proud of him again. This happened at home.
But when he follow us 'hang kai-kai'(go for a car ride), he will look at girls/ah soh/ah mah...He seems to know how to differentiate a male and a female human even if the lady is wearing a tudung. Cool man. His ear will prick up, head turn left or right and jump to left or right(in the car) depending where the lady is. If there's a guy passing our car, he 'mong also don't want to mong'(mong=see). Did I tell you that when we went to any dog gathering, he likes to walk beside girls and stand closely to them. I don't know how he can sense them but he sure do. And he likes girls touching him.
Luckily I haven't heard him howl if not I will run away.

Dog is hamsap i think. My Beauty^The^Boxer also tends to like guys/man more. everytime got visitor , got chance she will jump on the guy/man to lick his face like how he does to my bro.
